Dear All Members,

We would like to thank all of you for the fantastic & energetic participation in the meeting on 24^th Oct 2010.

Besides the existing members additionally many new members join the forum making it approximately 600 ⁺ members.

During this meeting some of the senior members from the bureaucratic setup also participated who are also the allottees of AIPL. DIG - ITPO has also invited the Exe. VP PNB who has highlighted and brought the proposed road map to achieve our target (i.e Possession of Flats).

The following are the MOM and the point which was discussed during the meeting.

The Proposed Road Map –
To introduce third party supported by the bank to initiate the project in proper and required manner.

A) Formation of an 11 member’s executive committee cooperation of representation from bodies like media, legal, finance, bank, and builder.

B) The above mention forum (ACAGF) needs to be registered under ROS.

C) The executive committee would need to organize/ initiate a meeting along with the builder and bank to execute road map.

Members are requested to have patience and extend their cooperation in the implementation of the road map which will lead to the deliverance of the project in a timely manner. Considering the current scenario you are also hereby humbly requested to stop discussing other issues as we have now good plan to implement.
