Dear Friends,

 

This e – mail goes to all those people (bcc in this mail) who have previously tried to go legally against the builder, and due to some reason or the other their requests were always turned down by Aura members. Since today morning, I have been reading all the previous e – mails.

 

I would request all the members that this is high time now that we really start doing something or else we will find ourselves in trouble going forward. You would have already read my intentions in my prior e – mails. I am not a politician who will try to gather as much vote, and neither is this thing going to benefit me in any way. I am just like you all guys whose property is at builder’s mercy. Just like you I also had a dream of house and I booked a flat in Aura. Now this dream seems to be shattering.

 

I am writing to all of you not because I want to take any credit or create a “Hero” image. I am writing to you because I want a group of people (not anti to any group) who can really stand against a right cause. I alone cannot do anything and need your support. I need your ideas and suggestion as to what I / we should be doing. One option which has been suggested by our members is that we simply close our eyes, and the things would automatically go in a right way. The other option is what I have been fighting for, i.e., we go for legal expertise. Believe me, I am not going to sit quite now and need your support.

 

I request all my friends who feel that we should go for a legal expertise may please call or e – mail me.

P.S. : Once again, my efforts should not be treated as going anti to any person / group. In fact, I want all members to attend the meeting on Sunday, October 24, 2010 and give their views. I would however not be attending because I don’t want to get involved in “mud bath” activity.
