Dear Members (specifically Mr. Tahlani),
I don’t prefer writing big e – mails, because I myself do not read big e – mails. It is a waste of time the way I look at it.
First of all, I really do appreciate the work of Mr. Kaushal, Mr. Satish and Mr. Tarun who have created such a group – in fact at times I wonder that why did this idea not occur to me at any stage. Without any dispute, I do agree that they have something more than me, which never occurred to me. I have spoken to Mr. Kaushal and in my opinion he is gem of a person. Hats off to this gentleman – he is willing to share what he has. I am not exaggerating my opinions for Mr. Kaushal, and I am serious when I say so.
Now coming to rest of the issues.
Core members are definitely spending time and efforts to the whole situation, much more than we guys who work all day in air conditioned offices, and in practical terms not doing much labor and trying to resolve issues mainly over phones / e – mails. Core members are frankly not bound to bear anything – just like other members.
I am happy to see that Tahlaniji remembers me in all his e – mails !
All I have wanted to know is in which direction we plan to go. As a core member, the very first and foremost thing / a starting point which most of the people in your group want, is to have a legal person in the group. You will agree that the present situation is out of normal discussions, and is more to do from a legal side. Every single day is passing without any action from any side. The time has come that each member (including core members) must start getting the feel that they all will loose money. I am not scared of loosing, but will be extremely ashamed if I have made no efforts and have allowed it to loose.
I fail to understand why are we going round and round. You want to meet 500 people without even giving the hint.
The solution is very simple – let’s take a legal opinion – depending on what the lawyer advises, let’s proceed. This is the only right direction, which you should have known by now I guess, since you are leading the group. Its high time, one should understand that lack of proper knowledge (I am referring to legal advise) even with proper leadership is a failure. Mr. Tehlani, you are not a lawyer, nor am I, then why are we not getting a lawyer in place. What do you want to do in a meeting of 500 people – I want to understand that. Or have you asked some legal advisor to join our meeting. If you don’t have a lawyer, tell me and I will organise one for the group. Please be firm in your approach when you are having strength of so many people. We see a moral character in you. If we are fighting for a right cause, let’s do it with proper ammunitions.
Core members – please advise do you guarantee that in the present situation we will be able to get our flats. No you can’t guarantee, nor can I for that matter. But at least please make efforts and get to the right side of taking a legal advice. My question to you – how many official letters and legal notices have you exchanged with the builder in writing. And then you want people to come all the way from different location and cities to listen to what you speak. You have had meeting with the builder’s lawyer – did you have our own lawyer from the member’s side. Please also advise how many undertakings have you taken from builder on their letterhead. If you have taken any undertaking from the builder on their letterhead, our case would be strong.
If money is the problem, have you ever put a figure of how much you need and for what. Our members have already spent so much money in the flats, and I am sure if there is need for spending more in the right direction, every one will agree to it. I will be very happy to know if there is a financial requirement on the legal side. Hire a best lawyer and we will be with you. Ask for resources if you don’t have. Write to us and keep us informed. Last meeting notes have till date not arrived to us. We gave you money to utilise so you should have gone ahead and utilised. From the very first day, I have been telling you that Rs. 100 per month is a waste – it won’t take you anywhere. Gather a strong fund if you really want to do things. We want you to be the creditor, but no lip service please.
You want people to fund in Aura’s project from their pockets (remaining 5% which is owed to builder after completion) so that the project could complete. If the builder has done nothing in 95%, how can you expect in another 5%. And what if the Government attaches Aura Chimera project with other Nitishree assets. Even that 5% goes waste. For your information, there is likelihood that Aura Chimera and Aura Abode will be attached. Remember that a mob of 500 people is not small.
It’s almost one and a half year (or even more) that there has been no work at site, there are only 10 labors working, the site got sealed, and we are still waiting for miracles to happen. Each meeting with Ankur Jain goes waste. Please wake up now and realise that we have a battle ahead us. I said this when I sent my very first mail to you, which unfortunately you have not realised till now.
All our members should also realise that now it’s everybody’s job to contribute whatever they can – I am not talking about money, but their services, efforts and action.
Sometimes back, I requested everyone to provide with the loan account details. Do you know why I asked for it. You would only think that we will write love letter to the bank and bank will stop our EMI’s. This unfortunately will not happen like this. We need a lawyer to assist us in this as to how we get the banks involved. Why has the bank funded the project – this needs to be questioned.
Therefore in all fairness, I would like to know from you one single thing – are we going to proceed legally.
I don’t know how much importance you have for your family, but for me it’s undoubtedly better sitting with them and enjoying tea with them – at least it’s not a waste of time.
Now our dear members – all those who would like to meet the lawyer regarding approaching bank for stopping emi’s and for taking legal advise are requested to call me on my mobile.
Best regards,

Hello Mr. Prashant and other members,
Hope you all have a good idea after Mr. Satish mail.
Writing mails and creating speculations like is easiest job. Mr. Prashant if you think reading lengthy mails is wastage of time what you will do when lawyer will give you 100 pages of a simple notice, if you love spending time with your family and do office work how will you manage court trials.
Many of us can think like what Mr. Prashant is saying, even to be honest whatever steps either thru emi or meeting lawyer ( he is planning it for 1.5 months, not sure if he met with anyone or not and if what was outcome he never shared), we just start sending our details and collection. Collecting loan account details etc. is ok but did you bothered to check the outcome of this proceeding.
We have the time to watch Australia-india match, cwg closing ceremony but we don’t have time to meet for our own cause. We will shout of corruption and bad politics but none of us will come out to vote for good candidate, the same is going on with this group. We all are good in suggesting but see how reluctant we are in meeting.
If things are that much easy, one of honorable judge family is facing the same situation like us, crpf and many gov officers even some of relatives of Mr. Jain are also in the same net they must have taken this action. I am sure there might be some legal experts in our group as well. But road doesn’t ends here, there are ways and that’s what will be explained to you in meeting.
Writing mails and shouting legal action is easiest job. First meet lawyers, meet 5 lawyers and they will suggest 5 different things.
Why we need good strength:
1) There are many proceedings where we need good mandate and approval from all the members.
2) Writing options in mail is not possible, there are many legal terms which most of us is not aware, explaining that in mail is not possible nor its easy for Mr. Tahlani or any other core group member to answer the questions in the mail.
3) We have invested a good amount, we are good in writing mails, calling but why cant we come for a meeting.
4) If a person can not join a meeting in 1 month how will he contribute when you are in legal battle with Jains.
5) There are few new areas discovered where responsibility needs to be distributed, can not be done thru the mail.
If we all are worried about passing day we have 8 days from now to plan our daily activities, make it possible to reach the site.
Thanks & Regards,
Manoj Tiwari
