Hi all,
Good job by Prashant
If we are a group then things should be very transparent..
Blocking of mail and scanning of mail in previous group ID very clearly state that there is no openness.. Decision should not be taken without any discussion. If unilateral decisions are to be taken I believe that there is no need of a group.
Regards,
Sibu

Dear Friends,

As you are aware, we definitely need to do some thing and take initiative as

to how we should proceed. I have been trying to send the mails on previous

google group, which has been stopped by the core members. On the first hand,

we are fighting for the flat, and the second hand, the previous group owners

feel that they can stop us from communicating with each other.

I would request the previous group to either open the group. Alternatively, if

that group is not opened for sharing our views, I have taken the initiative

and made another google group, where we all can communicate.

Dont worry friends - I am not going to stop this group from mailing - everyone

can say what they want to say.

Your group moderator - Prashant

Here is the group's description:

This group is all about taking legal action against the Builder (Aura Chimera).

Jointly we need to move forward to achieve our aim of either getting the

possession or flat. We have to fight against fraud and cheating. Members of

other groups are also invited. Dont hesitate, come forward and unite.

Dear Sibu,

The idea of this group is to be transparent. Afterall we all should have freedom to speak and share our ideas. Maybe my ideas are not good, atleast I can pick up your ideas and work. At this point of time, this is very important.

My first step would be to request as many members who would be able to join the group and then proceed forward. I believe to be a follower, because i give good suggestions - my office appreciates my decision making ability - you will also know in time to come. No one including you, or me should ever accept monopoly.

The members meeting is on Sunday. Everybody in this group, please make it a point that we meet and see face to face each other. We should invite more members and now start to proceed. For the last 2 weeks, literally nothing has happened. Anil Jain got arrested and tomorrow in Sector 20 Noida court, he will be requesting the judge for bail. In fact this was the time, the core group was expected to do something.

Lets discuss and would appreciate receiving more comments.

Thanks and regards,
Prashant

Great…lets see what’s in store for us in the Sunday meeting.

Whichever way out, we need to have our flats from the builder.

Dear Friends,

This Sunday, when we meet we all should have an aim of how actually the group will be proceeding. My sincere view is that we should at least do something legally. I dont say that we take harsh steps, but atleast we move forward and think what legal approach we can take. The minimum we could do is file a complaint in Consumer Court.

Do we all agree to this.

Prashant
