This mail comes out of resentment and disagreement, and may not be well accepted by some members
Dear Members / Core Members,
We all have been given to understand for the above meeting at site on October 24, 2010 at site.
It is now very important to clearly know what the agenda of our meeting is going to be, and what we all are going to be discussing, i.e., what is the direction in which we are proceeding. The last thing which anyone will want is that we all go there and discuss the same old issues which we all know about and have previously discussed. There is a need of some action, some decision making and ofcourse a action proper plan how we are going forward.
The distance from my house to the site is 50 kms and it needs entire one day - total 100 kms to and fro. It would be worthwhile spending time with my family instead of going to a place where we still do not have any agenda in place. In fact, this is the main reasons for me not attending the meeting.
Are we planning to go legally, are we getting media involvement, are we getting some political people involved, are we doing FIR. Most importantly are we going to have a knowledgeable lawyer in our meeting - this issue is now more related to legal, rather than the discussions.
There are many people who come outside from Delhi, and it becomes really difficult if we have to repeat the same old issues like no site work, no labor, GDA sealing, Jain's arrest, bail, etc.
The core group must disclose the agenda and points of discussion - this is why we created new email id's, isn't it. You want us to drive 100 kms, waste a day before us not even knowing what we are going to be doing at the site, where there is no seating arrangement, no drinking water facility, no shade. If picnic is the criteria, we can have it anywhere.
Lastly, (this even applies for me) we keep sending and receiving emails throughout the day, and have made it our habbit. We all come to our workplaces, and then start replying to the messages as if this is our only job ! We need to be practical, and think straight, not that we keep moving round and round. If we have to proceed legally, then what is the hidden secret.
Finally, unless the meeting plan and agenda is not known (I dont know for other members), at least I will not turn up for this meeting. I will be with everyone where we know what we would be doing.
Thanks and regards,
Prashant Pandey

Dear Friend,
nothing is happening at the site. i was there last sunday. there were only 10 labors, site is still sealed by gda - absolutely no progress. we need to have collective action. i am trying to figure out the best possible way. the first thing is that let the builder come out - hopefully he will get bail on 10 / 12 oct. once their office resumes working, we will go and sit in his office. i am hopeful that the builder would start working once he comes out of jail. frankly i will wait for another 3 months - by that time if there is no progress, we will then have to approach in a legal way.
in the meantime, lets have our homework complete. the least that you could do presenlty is that at least send them a cool mail with your queries (dont be harsh on the email). i am starting to do the same. this wil l also help in case we plan to go legally against the bulder in future.
Regards
Pras
