Dear Friends,
I want to communicate to all my members so that it does not come as a surprise tomorrow that I will not be present in tomorrow's meeting. This is going to be purely waste of time, money and efforts. I would however like other members to attend the meeting, depending on individual's discretion.
As it is, we now have substantial strength, and moreover there is no point of tomorrow's meeting since Ankur Jain is still absconding. Don't think that I will be remaining quite, but depending on the mails which go to and from next week, lets now actually plan doing some thing. This some thing, as per my view should only commence once Ankur Jain starts coming to the office.
Mr. Sunil Nair, your idea regarding GDA was fantastic. Lets at least do that. Please advise how you want to carry it forward.

I have been coordinating with most of you in our group regarding the action we will be taking going forward. According to me, there are various options as follows: -
1. We file FIR against this builder
2. We go to the consumer forum
3. We waste more time waiting for the builder to be available for onward discussions
There is no point wasting more time on this, and I feel let us meet a lawyer. Please advise if anyone of you have a lawyer for property relating issue. In case you dont have, then I will try and find out a lawyer. We will need to share the costs.
Please urgently think over it, and communicate to me who all of us want to meet the lawyer.
