The notice for this meeting is too short. In fact it sends a wrong signal. The meeting should be postponed to next week. As a matter of practice sufficient time needs to be given for such meetings.

A meeting of the Board of Management of AURA is convened to be held at 11:30 hours on Sunday, 17th July, 2016 in the Cards Room, Clubhouse, Eldeco Utopia to transact/ consider the following Agenda:
1. Confirmation of Minutes of Meeting held on 10th July, 2016
2. Action taken Report
3. Sanction of Payment of Advance of Rs 1,50,000/- for renovation of space for AURA and Facility Management offices.
4. Sanction of additional expenditure towards Fogging for mosquito control
5. Sanction of expenditure for renovation of Air conditioning systems at Complete Club House facilities
6. Board Resolutions for opening internet banking account with SBI
7. Fresh resolutions for change of signatory consequent to change of Secretary - SBI current account
8. Resolution and Affidavit for transfer of Electricity connection by PVVNL from EIPL to AURA.
9. Any other agenda with the permission of the Chair
