Next, may I also request you to clarify the scope of Mr. Sunil Oberoi, the estate manager?

As suggested by you, I have lodged the complaint as under:

4. Nature of complaint:
· Lift intercom not working for past 3-4 months. It appears it has been redirected to someone else.
· CCTV camera has been removed at the time of handing over-taking over from EIPL.
· Last week, cable coming to CCTV camera has also been removed so that no trace of camera is visible.
· Lift requires high amount of safety, I see no periodic preventive maintenance happening. Only breakdown maintenance is attended.
In light of above, I request you to share your plan including time frame to complete the job.

Laying procedure is one aspect but implementation is another aspect. My complaint on lift issues including telephone and CCTV camera which has been removed at the time of handingover- taking over has still not been resolved. Mr Baxi had assured action by 20th May but nothing has happened and there is complete silence. Where to go?

I have a slightly different view here - to me, the process that has been laid down for redressal of complaints is for issues that are personal in nature i.e. specific to ones flat.
Here we are talking about issues with common area.
Anyone, as a responsible resident, can surely log the initial complaint but he/she may not have bandwidth to chase the escalation matrix in case the issue is not resolved within 24 hours of reporting the issue.
Another example, when lift goes wrong, multiple people may raise complaint within a short span of time, in such scenario all chasing for their individual complain will defy the purpose of this SLA based escalation matrix.
Hence for issues related to common areas, we need a slightly tweaked version of this matrix.
Have a thought, meantime I'll raise a complaint for this one myself.

There is a defined process for logging complaints. Request you to please log all complaints at the helpdesk. Seek a complaint No. An escalation matrix has also been shared earlier and is put up on all notice boards. The same needs to be used in case the complaint remains unattended.
Would request all residents to follow the same for effective redressal of all problems. This forum is not to be treated for notifying problems. It may remain unattended as Nimbus does not read mails on this forum.
