NOTICE No: CC-95/AURA/1 DATED 14TH JULY 2016 FROM C-37 IN CC-95/2009 REGARDING DAMAGE IN WOODEN FLOORING DUE TO SEEPAGE INTO FLAT EH-2/402
I, as the Convenor of URWAG and the AR (Authorised Representative) for C-37 in CC-95/2009 before the Hon’ble NCDRC, have been directed by Mr Narendra Gupta, C-37 in the referenced suit, to serve on your good selves, in your capacity as the successor Service Provider. Post HoTo, for the management of the common areas of the project, the following notice:

Regarding: my flat No. EH2/302
My complaint of seepage from upper flat No. EH2/402.
Complaint was made to your office on 3/7/2016 vide No. 70. No action was taken.
Repeatedly again on 5/7/2016 complaint was made with reference No. 70.
My flat is under Repairs & painting & labour is on daily basis, sitting idle & wages are increasing day by day.
Due to heavy seepage wooden floor of the attached bedroom is toatally spoiled. wooden almirah in the bathroom is rotten & giving bad smell.
I warn you sir if the proper & satisfactory action is not taken within a week with the replacement of spoiled fittings I will have no option other then to move to the court of law to safe guard my interest.
Please take notice. “
