Is it not mandatory for at least one lift to be operational on a 24/7 basis to serve as an emergency evacuation lift in case of fir outbreak?
Further, I am told that cars trying to enter the basement through the entry ramp, near NT-2 were virtually “swimming” through knee deep water.
Novation at whose expense, Mr Bhalla?????

Water is gushing down from the Lift Hoist Room of NT-1 Block like a torrent of water fall
The Lift Hoist Room is locked
When the matter was reported to the DG Room, the call attendant expressed helplessness.
Booth the lifts have been shut down.
What happens if there is a fire, to add to the trouble?
After this, repeated calls to #4998 is responded by “the airtel number you have dialed, is currently NOT functioning!
How does one access “emergency” when there is indeed an emergency?
After a long wait, Mr Sunil did answer my call, but, as usual, the usual questions!
Lift hoist room? What is that?
Have you rung up #4998, etc. etc.
When will the AURA BoM wake up from their deep slumber?
