This mail is my final communication to you in strong rebuttal and rejection of all earlier justifications to deny me an opportunity respond to various posts on the Forum, - of which YOU, Sir, are the Administrator.

 

And despite my status being no different from any other subscriber - a member of AURA, and a past Hony Treasurer to boot, being denied access to post my response on news, views and events on the Forum

 

I note, from the communication thread infra, that Capt Tuli has been allowed to post, informing – and I quote – that M Pratik is “the key person of the team who made the HO/TO actually happen...which was tried many times earlier...without success, I see now reason”, you have NO Objection to the same.

 

And yet, it is saddening for the survival of a healthy democratic function of the community, why my trailing response that talks of “the same HoTo Agreement” has bounced back.

 

I call on you to post the same on the Forum immediately.

 

In the alternative, I call on you to furnish me, at the earliest, the email addresses of all the 40 5 subscribers to the “Eldeco’s Yahoo Forum of which you, Sir, are the Administrator.

Apropos the trailing mail from Capt Tuli, I confirm have served on you, around 11:40 am yesterday,  the Legal Notice dated 19^th July 2016 qua HoTo Agreement of 11th April 2016, which stands superceded due to the subsequent Public Notice dated 16^th April 2016 issued to ALL allottees/apartment owners of the Aura Condominium – and due to which the former (HoTo Agreement) stands legally fractured.

 

Service by Registered Post/Speed Post too has, as per usual procedure, been duly effected in Yesterday’s date, vide the attachment confirming the same to this communication

This is to inform all residents that one of the esteemed members of the BoM AURA, Shri Manish Pratik has tendered his resignation from his position due to personal reasons. His resignation has been accepted by the President today.

Shri Manish Pratik will however continue to advise the BoM through one of the Sub Committees of the BOM.
