Aura President/Aura Secretary and fellow brethren on the current BoM

Gentlemen,

SEEKING URGENT CLARIFICATIONS FROM AURA BOM!

This is in continuation of my yesterday’s discussions with Aura Secretary and Aura Treasurer seeking clarifications on what “novation” of existing MMC Agreements actually means?

And also to Ashu’s response (vide trailing mail) to Capt Tuli’s clarification on behalf of Aura BoM:

- namely:
“The power of various lifts in our complex was switched off today early morning by the Estate Management as a precautionary measure to avoid any damages to the same due to heavy downpour‎”.

Where is the snag list, Mr President?

Why is the current BoM so desperate as NOT to disclose the snag list?

How can a snag list which, incidentally, is part of an official document that has to be shared with each member of AURA, be sought to be suppressed?

Afraid of it being “misused”?

Misused by whom?

Me?

Does not one hide documents only if there are skeletons to hide?

Thank you for clarifying that the lifts were made idle as a precautionary measure due to heavy downpour.

I fail to umderstand what has a downpour that happen "outdoors" got to do with a lift and lift shaft which is "internal" to a building structure. Unless, there are snags in the building structure causing water to leak / seep into the lift and lift shaft.

Could you please share with members the exigency today that caused Estate Management to take such a call; What was the reason for taking this precautionary step?

Since this decision to swith off a utility is to be taken only in extreme situations, who from AURA was involves in approving this planned exercise.
