Project/Position
Background:
Strong
SQL Server, SSAS / BI Analyst / programmer, with solid experience with OLAP
Cubes.
Responsibilities:-
- Analysis, design and
development of ETL processes using SQL Server 2008 /2012 – SSIS
- Development in SSIS, SSAS, MDX,
Stored Procs, SQL
- Perform DBA duties to support
development tasks, create tables, indexes, performance tuning
- Perform data architecture tasks
in support of the data architect - Data Model and Data Analysis
- Design of BI/DW solutions
- SSAS technologies, best
practices, coding techniques, advanced MDX, SSAS and partitioning
- Build data cleansing processes:
de-duplication, aggregation, reconciliation, archiving
- Project Management and Project
Execution * Responsible for Test driven Development and Testing
- Working with Business
Intelligence technologies such as Cognos, ROAMBI, QLICKVIEW, Informatica
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills

Experience in analysis and
design of ETL programs Experience with data modeling, data analysis,
data profiling and data mapping SSIS , Building Star database, SSAS -
SSAS Cube , SSRS
- Working with business on
defining reporting and OLAP cube requirements
- Cube viewer experience (could
be SSRS, Excel or other custom viewers)
- SQL Server developer, with DDL
expertise, like creating tables, views, indices, etc.
- ETL development using SSIS.
- MS-SSAS developer for creating
the data extracts, cube definition and population plus SQL server
modeling skills for star schema
- Deep Cognos Knowledge

- 4 years college degree is
required
- 10+ years of
experience in a SQL Server environment with ETL and Stored Proc
development
- 6+ years of
experience in development of BI/Data Warehouse solutions via ETL, SSIS,
MDX, etc.
