Yes we now have a complete 8mx8m Yellow square for our challenges and points competitions going forward!!! This is really another great leap forward for the club.

Nage no Kata: Wed: 8.00-8.30!
Through the whole Kata with We have completed the kata for the brown to blacks, now the polishing begins! The yellow to blue have been working on the hip throws, including uki goshi, harai goshi and tsuri komi goshi, then on to the foot techniques with Okuri Ashi , Sasae and Uchi mata! Get involved early because it will put the key theory points into your moves!
