Yes, there were some great results with Bart getting a silver in the open and Chad a Bronze, , Pedro, Chad, Riccardo and Alex got Bronze medals in their divisions. Well done to everyone involved, truly excellent results…

What a great effort by everyone involved. We had huge turn up from the club helping the set up on Friday, on the day of the event and also at the master class too! Thanks to everyone.

We had a big turn up at this event too with Meera, Bart, Alex, Min, Christian, Michael, Danijel, and Clinton learned a lot of stuff about agility and movement skill! There were really great seois and sunning moving past guard and a lot more too! Many thanks to Gavin Kelly for putting our players through their paces!

When you get to training you will be focusing on all aspects of the grades and will continue the following from 7-8 on Monday and Wednesdays and 5-6.30 on Friday.

Just a reminder that you can pay for you belt before you come to the grading by going on the blacks web site and paying there. Do it today, then you will not have to pay cash on the DAY!

Yes the format used for our grading is the same format use for black belt too! There ids however one additional section: You need to do the Nage no kata too! (Section 9!)
So by doing your present grade is really good form for your Black Belt too… The sections are done in reverse order for Black Belt…
