We are calling all players to come along to get their judo throws in shape and to uncover the core principles of judo for themselves. From yellow belt onward you can take part in Wednesday Kata training.
Yellow- Orange will focus on the Hip Throw Set.
Orange –Green will focus on the Foot Throw Set
Green – Blue will focus on the Hand Throw Set.
