Time To Register all the NEW Grades Through Judo SA!

Congratulations to everyone who completed their grading. Everyone on the day got their new belt too! It was great to see all the hard work visually recognized. And we already have had a catch up grading to with Henry completing the technical requirements for yellow belt. So the numbers of newly grades players will surely be increasing through the next few weeks. Congratulations to everyone involved!

 

Colored Belts Pick UP

If you missed out on receiving your colored belt, come to Thebarton and we can fix that up too. WE have received more green and blue belts, so there should be enough to go around now…

 

Getting your Diploma Thro’ Judo SA… Completing Paper work

All players who were members last year, make sure you have completed the payment of your annual fees. We will register you with Judo SA at no extra cost! So that means we can complete your diploma in the next few weeks! The Diplomas will be available in the next few weeks on June 23rd for most Green and blue belts…

 

New Players, we do Judo SA rego First!

For those who have not as yet joined Judo SA, Make sure you have completed the Annual Fees. Once you have, then please complete the Judo SA registration Form that are available at training. Then your Diploma will be completed in July. Judo SA works on a calendar year, so you will be registered on 1st July for the 2014/2015 Financial YEAR! Get the paperwork done ASAP at Thebarton.

 

Black Belt Movements…

Yes we have completed 3 Second Degree Black Belts this May. Congratulations to Chad Trethowan, Yoshiya Toden and Ben Wollinski all now Ni Dans. Their name tags have already been moved on the Honor Board, and their paperwork has been received by Judo SA. Once all the Paper work is completed it will be sent to the Judo Federation of Australia Office and they will receive their Australian Diplomas and the World Judo Diplomas after that!

 

Now October Grades in Our sights!

Yes, we have got everything ready for your next grade, so come along and pick up your next assessment sheet, so that we can move your through to the next level, whether it is moving through to blue or DAN. We have formalized the Introductory and Intermediate phases of Judo and you will be able to move through to your next grade in October. Get the details now at Thebarton…

Thebarton Floor is due a resurface June 16th to June 19th

Yes we will not be training at Thebarton on Monday 16th June and Wednesday 18th June,

As the floor is going to be re surfaced and it will be a bit sticky.

We will be going up to or Mount Barker training on the Monday, and of course you will be able to training on Friday in the Irene Watson Room. Training will resume at Thebarton on Saturday, 20th June. Please come to on for the other training sessions for that week only…

Kodokan Trip in July…

The trip is from mid July for a few weeks… We will be brushing up on all the katas so that we can be better judges of your Nage no Kata and Katame no kata. These are required for Nidan and San Dan.
