Bart there Tonight…
Yes there will be training tonight, and Bart will be there, so if you keen there is the opportunity. No other coaches though… And Make sure you come Wednesday if you have something on, on the long weekend…
Thebarton Floor resurface: No Training on Mon 16th& Wed18 June
Yes we will not be training at Thebarton on Monday 16th June and Wednesday 18th June, as the floor is going to be re surfaced. Some of us will be going up to or Mount Barker training on the Monday, and Bart is organizing stuff for Monday and Wednesday for everyone else. Go to the Club Facebook page for more information. Or talk to Bart at training next week. Friday and Saturday sessions are unaffected.
Australian Uni Games… All AU Students, start preparing now…
Yes we are looking for expressions of interest for people who want to go to the Australian Uni Games in September. There are brochures at Thebarton with all the info. Entries close in August, so you will nee to start getting yourself organized soon. The club is looking at supporting players who want to go. Come and discuss it with us… We need at Team identified ASAP…
New Players, we do Judo SA rego First!
First make sure you have completed Annual payment then come and fill out the Judo SA registration card… You can pick one up at Thebarton. We will register you so that you can take part in all the Judo SA events.
Kodokan Trip in July…
All systems go for this one… Airfares have been purchased and we will pick up even more details this time about key judo katas… Anyone else interested?
Club August Challenge, learn the rules practicing the sport NOW
Yes, this is your opportunity to have some fun learning the sport and practicing your rules. It is booked in for August 23rd. We will put out a full mat area and have referees and scoring so new people will be able to see it all and everyone else can come an have a play. More details later…
OJU Kata course in Sydney Nage no kata on Saturday 23rd August
Every Brown and Black Belt, here is your chance to learn from the Kodokan senseis! Yes they will be there to teach you! Talk to Meera if you want to learn your kata from the Kodokan too!

Yes, we have got everything ready for your next grade, so come along and pick up your next assessment sheet, so that we can move your through to the next level, whether it is moving through to blue or DAN. We have formalized the Introductory and Intermediate phases of Judo and you will be able to move through to your next grade in October. Get the details now at Thebarton…
