It is on the second floor of the JSAC. One of the two TV rooms can be used. However, someone (theoretically) in attendance has to be a student, but we have never been bothered by security by this. I won't be able to attend the next meeting, I'll be working on a site in Columbia. There are alternate locations people don't mind, one of them being the Library downtown.
