Nanny recommendation

Hi All,

I hope this note finds you and your kiddies well. Hazel's nanny,
Caroline, has a good friend, Rowena, who has been watching a little
girl a few months older than our babies. Unfortunately her family is
moving away, and Rowena is looking for a new gig. I have spent time
with her and she's awesome -- if Hazel didn't already have a wonderful
caregiver, I would hire Rowena in a second. Here is the write up from
her current employer -- please feel free to forward on.

I am writing to highly recommend Rowena Charles as a full time or part
time nanny. She has looked after our 22 month old daughter Willa for a
year and a half since I went back to work when Willa was 4 months old.
She works for us Monday-Friday from 8:15am until 4:30pm but is open to
other schedules. Rowena was excellent from day 1. She helped me to get
Willa on a regular nap schedule at the beginning of our time together.
She worked with Willa on gross motor and fine motor skills and made
helpful suggestions about the kinds of toys and books to have around.
Every day when I get home, Rowena and Willa are reading, singing,
playing instruments, dancing, learning colors or letters, or otherwise
engaging. I have never worried for Willa's safety or learning with
Rowena around. Rowena has activities planned every day and knows all
of the libraries, book stores, sing-a-longs, story times, parks, etc.
She always gives Willa her undivided attention. Rowena is capable of
caring for two children as when we started with her, we were in a
nanny share situation. We could not have been happier with Rowena and
very highly recommend her. She is like a member of our family. If we
were not moving, we would certainly keep her on longer. We are very
sad to be leaving her and want to make sure she finds a family that
will be a perfect match for all the love she has to offer. Please
