Holiday Tips for caregivers

Hi there,

I hope everyone is doing well.

This is our first holiday season with our daycare, and we were trying to figure out an appropriate holiday gift. We are very happy with all of the caregivers -- there are a total of three, in addition to the owner. Does anyone have any suggestions on how much to tip each caregiver?
