The famously tech savvy ENT surgeon turned politician of BJP who
eradicated pulse polio from India, has become the talk of the town since
a month after he was elected as BJP’s CM candidate for Delhi.
A man with clean image and innumerable accolades to his name has proven his worth during his tenure as the health, law and education minister in the state of Delhi (1993-98).
His calm demeanor and honest character has made him a popular face in the BJP’s high command.
He is an advocate of E-governance, technology infrastructure, universal health insurance, renewable energy sources, women safety, entrepreneurship and anti corruption measures.
Dr. Harsh Vardhan came up with a very interesting method to communicate his vision with the citizens of Delhi. He launched a campaign very different from that of his counterpart. Using augmented reality he popularized his thoughts on problems of Delhi. More than 1,100 banners all over Delhi have been augmented with his media address with Mr. Narendra Modi (CM Gujarat, PM candidate BJP 2014).
The campaign was run on AREAL APP (Adstuck Consulting), which became a huge success. People loved the idea, as it was different and unique.
Out of a very few politicians in the world, Dr. Harsh Vardhan has become the first politician in Delhi, to use Augmented Reality.
