Hello!

We are building a development environment and wanted to socialize our prototype for feedback. isomorƒ is a structured cloud IDE designed around the ideas of functional programming and serverless architecture and built to improve the software development workflow and lower barriers to entry.

We have a live tour of the platform here, and we blog about our ideas here.

We'd love to get any thoughts or feedback from this crowd.

Thanks very much,

Aaron

The problem that you talked about in this article : https://blog.isomorf.io/the-economics-of-semantic-coding-7e8fd1b421e6

This problem can be solved using (Interactive Code Visualization)
i.e. Support writing textual code directly (Optional Feature) and automatically convert it to your visual code
This feature code be used for things that can be written fast or things that are small like (x+1)
This way you get the benefits of both worlds
Don't fight against textual code, Just support it as an external option
(As we have the command prompt/terminal inside our Operating System that comes with GUI)

Greetings,
Mahmoud

Look at Ben Awad’s YouTube post about moving from VSCode to NeoVim.

Retro!

Programmers want to keep their hands on the keyboard.   That’s how they are most productive. This is a general comment, I know this group is about augmented programming.   Even things like GitHub Copilot and OpenAI Codex accept this.   If you want to provide for voice input to produce code, I would love to test your product.

I would also like to know if you used your tool to build your tool, or alternatively, what editor you used.

Now I’ll be reading your links.
