The problem is some one has booked rooms(20 nos) for chinese students so thats

My cousin is staying in Kaiserslautern . He will help us to pay 800 Euro for the advance amount. For the remaining 1300 Euro we have go for foreign currency transfer. But this is a tedious process in India because of the new government regulations on foreign currency fund transfer. We would like to minimize this amount up to some extent.
