ถึง:     รุ่นพี่คณะวิศวะ ทุกๆท่าน
 
 
      อีเมลล์ฉบับนี้เป็นเอกสารที่ไม่เป็นทางการซึ่งทางรุ่นน้องเป็นคนจัดทำขึ้นเพื่อต้องการ
 
สอบถามความคิดเห็นของรุ่นพี่ทุกๆท่านเพื่อที่จะนำมาเป็นข้อมูลในการจัดงานเฉลิมฉลองการ
 
ก้าวเข้าสู่ปีที่ 20 ของคณะเรา  ถ้ารุ่นพี่ท่านใดได้รับอีเมลล์ฉบับนี้แล้วกรุณากรอกแบบสอบถามและ
 
ส่งกลับ ถึงรุ่นน้องGear18 ตามอีเมลล์ที่ใส่ไว้ภายในไฟล์ที่แนบมาด้วย และขอควมกรุณารุ่นพี่ทุกๆท่าน
 
ที่ได้รับอีเมลล์ฉบับนี้แล้วกรุณา ส่งต่อถึงเพื่อนๆ พี่ๆ น้องๆ ของท่าน เพื่อเป็นการประชาสัมพันธ์การจัดงาน
 
และ หลังจากที่รุ่นพี่ทุกๆท่านส่งข้อมูลกลับถึงรุ่นน้องแล้ว   ทางรุ่นน้องจะทำจดหมายที่เป็นทางการเพื่อเชิญ
 
รุ่นพี่ทุกๆท่านมางานในครั้งนี้อีกครั้งหนึ่ง

รวมกับ Yahoogroups จี๊ด ได้ป่าว แล้วค่อย email ให้น้องรุ่นนี้ แบบว่าเหมือนให้ความร่วมมือแล้วน่ะ

เพราะท่าทางน้องมันคงจะไม่ได้ response questionnaire จากพวกเราแน่ๆ J พี่ๆงานยุ่งกันมากน่ะ

If you have ever used google docs, then just create a new form. it will have choices of selection types. Results will be saved in excel format.
