Adding keys to Auduino

[One Hundred]

I’ve recently built an Auduino, which I absolutely love. But now I’m
thinking of ways to control it better, I’ve a spare Stylophone and
would love to use the pen and plate to control the notes on the
Auduino. Do you know how of if this would be possible? I believe from
snooping around that all I need is some resistors to make this work,
but would you know the correct values to get:

1, 1.5, 2, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 10.5, 11,
11.5, 12

(This is how they are marked on the Stylophone, but I am not sure of
the correct notes)

Cheers and I'm a bit of a newbie, so the simpler the instructions the
better.
