Mount Mitchell Update

Hello AOK Board,

I just wanted to share a positive update about Mount Mitchell. The legislation to allow AOK to transfer Mount Mitchell to the Prairie Guards has passed the House and Senate and has been signed by the Governor. Attached is a press release by the Governor's Office. 

AOK and the Prairie Guards still have to negotiate the transfer with the Kansas Historical Society, but I think we are making progress to a resolution.
