Lol put it in the machiniste or how ever u spell it, on the bottom of the device to the leftish should be a pitch modulator. Or u can truly play with some samples and put it in the rasslebock using the speed feature, you can REALLY alter sounds into what u really wamt..... turn some things like a bird tweet  into a car's engine with a rassle and machiniste combo xD

A sweeping pitch change? You can do that with the mac, just make sure when u add the pattern with the sample u have in it, add the pitch modulator for the channel that sample is in. from there you will be able to better control the pitch of it, and you can do your sweeps that way

Use the knob if u want to permanently.change pitch, use detailed modulation for gradual pitching, sweeping ect

For drums, depends on whether or not u use drum samples or the 303, aka beatbox 8 or 9. If u use the drums samples, u would put them in the machinist, and u can control pitch in there, like previosly explained. For the pulv, u can control from the pulv itself, by using the glide or tuning dial, which is on the far middle right on the pulv. If u want sweeps or pitch build ups dont forget to add the tuning bar to the track so u can completely control it
