Use Unprocessed audio stream on Samsung S23 Ultra?

Hi all, 

I noticed that recently the app was updated to switch the default channel from Unprocessed to Voice Recognition because of some bug. On my device I noticed that the Unprocessed channel (in other audio recording apps) seems to have the least processing (i.e. auto gain control). I calibrated the microphone using a known sound source and it appears to not be accurate at other levels, leading me to think that the problem is with the channel.  

Would it be possible to manually switch the source of the audio in the app? It would be quite helpful to try to see which one works best on my device.
