Can I connect android with Audiotool with Dayton Audio iMM6 to Asus Asus Audio Card?
I  do realize I would need to use a TRRS to TRS adapter or extension in order to do so.

If yes, which port would I need to use for running test tones generated by Audiotool thru my Home Theater PC's audio card for calibrating my two matched subwoofers & 7.1 system?

Wouldn't it be easier to record the tones you need onto another device (or use AudioTool on another device) & then plug that into Line In? You can then use AudioTool & the iMM6 as normal (assuming you have already calibrated the device you are using with the iMM6), but bear in mind that a phone with no bass response may not be the ideal tool for calibrating subwoofers!

Does not the audiotool play test tones? What test tones would I use for calibrating my dual subwoofers?

Yes, AudioTool can generate test tones. Perhaps Pink Noise would be best for your tests, I'm not sure. Without knowing anything about the Asus Asus card you mention, the usual setup would be to use the iMM-6 on the Android, and take a stereo 3.5mm jack cable from the iMM6 jack socket to an input on your home theater system, set AudioTool to Generator mode, turn on Pink Noise, switch back to RTA mode and measure what the iMM6 picks up while seated/standing in your listening position. Not sure that helps at all?

Julian is quite right (I had forgotten about the iMM6's breal-out socket) though you might need a very long 3.5mm stereo lead, & Pink Noise should be fine. But while the iMM6 has a pretty flat response your phone almost certainly has almost no response below about 80Hz, so may not be ideal for measuring deep bass.

Yes, I ordered a 15ft Monoprice Onyx Series Auxiliary 3.5mm TRRS Audio & Microphone Cable with a  3.5mm Male Stereo (TRS) to Female 4 Conductor (TRRS) CTIA/OMTP Adapter to connect iMM6's breal-out socket to my computers ASUS audio card, which is already connected to my 7.1 AVR Receiver.

Now it is my understanding the IMM6 mic is calibrated when you download the correction file per serial # for the Android phone from monoprice, which overcomes the limitation of the Android phones mic? & that it is the Audiotool software, which sends Pink noise to my subwoofers via my ASUS audio card connected to my AVR, which also  measures the frequencies outputted by my subwoofers.

Yes, that sounds correct to me :-) Looks like you are all set.

Julian, please see enclosed attachment or photo of ASUS audio card input & suggest which input you recommend I use for playing the audiotool test tones?

By the way I also have a Stereophile TEST CD (FLAC files)  Vol 1-3  which has:

"Pink Noise at -20dBFS", Bass Decade 1,3 - octive warble tones at -20dBFS
125Hz 1,3 - octive warble tone at -20dB
100Hz 1,3 - octive warble tone at -20dB
80Hz 1,3 - octive warble tone at -20dB
63Hz 1,3 - octive warble tone at -20dB
50Hz 1,3 - octive warble tone at -20dB
40Hz 1,3 - octive warble tone at -20dB
31.5Hz 1,3 - octive warble tone at -20dB
30 - 30 25Hz 1,3 - octive warble tone at -20dB

Which of the above frequency tests would you use to calibrate or match my subwoofers output with my front or main speakers output using the audiotool app with iMM6 mic?

I would use the Line In input and the Pink Noise test tone ...
