My display shows the RTA, the oscilloscope, and 12 buttons. When I press Menu, one choice is Slow Spectrograph, but when I press it, the display doesn't change. Menu again now allows Fast Spectrograph, but still no display change. Men Show Waterfall also has no effect on the display.

You change the mode by pressing the button that is showing, e.g. "1/3 Octave". This button cycles through all the different display modes.

Hope this helps.

Hi,
Totally new to using this app and am straining my tiny brain to work out whether calibrating DB would help the accuracy of the RT measurements? I take it I cannot calibrate RT directly?

Thanks
Tim

You can buy an SPL calibrator like this: https://www.amazon.com/Sound-Acoustical-Calibrator-output-levels/dp/B01FFI2OAU

but normally people are not that bothered by absolute SPL measurements, more by the relative levels as a function of frequency, which is why using a calibrated microphone is good.
