How to calibrate with out using external microphone?

Hello may I ask how to calibrate my Audio tool, without using a external microphone? I'm using mate 20 pro. Just bought the audio tool yesterday.

What do you recommend? So I can just use the microphone of my phone?

I'm using it to check the notice of the room. I will use this to eliminate unwanted/feed back frequency.

You don't need to calibrate if you are just doing EQ in a room ... the absolute levels of the frequency response are not important for that, I don't think.
