Sensitivity measurements

I have a IMM6 connected to an ancient Ipad and a new IMM6C connected to my smart phone and have calibrated both of them at 94dB.

When I run a rival app they both kind of bottom out at around 35dBs and if I run multiple side by side LAEQ measurements for 10+ minutes they both track within about 0.3dBs 

but when I run Audio tool, the Smartphone and IMM6C seems to drop to around 25dBs which is highly questionable.

I doubt I'd trust either of these mics below 40dBs.

On a side note, while I have the full version of the rival app on my smartphone on the Ipad you have to subscribe for about $70 a year which I am never going to do as I think subscription models are greedy - especially if you don't use the product very often.
