I've been using AudioTool for about a decade w/o any problems, including 3 previous Android phones. I recently upgraded to a Samsung S24 Ultra and get kicked out of AudioTool after 20~30 seconds. The window tells me I need AmazonApp store? However it's already installed. I uninstalled and reinstalled AudioTool and Appstore to no avail.
Same error message opening from either AppStore or Icon?
I've been through the settings on the phone, but haven't found any that will fix it.

AudioTool 8.6, Samsung Ultra S24 Ultra Android 14 patch 1

Any suggestions greatly appreciated,

Joe

Hi Joe,

This looks like a problem with Amazon App access, rather than with AudioTool itself. My first approach would be to try Amazon support (!!!).

Thanks Julian,
I had previously contacted them twice, to no avail? Taking your advice I contacted Amazon again and here is their reply;

Hello Joe,

Greetings from Amazon !

I'm sorry to hear the trouble that Audiotool App after 20 seconds says it needs Appstore to run.

- I'll definitely look into this for you today !

In this case, I suggest you to follow the troubleshoot can solve most intermittent issues.

Clearing data may help to resolve the issue. It brings the app back to its default settings, clearing stored data, parental controls, usernames, passwords, high scores, and so on.

To clear data:

On your device, select "Settings."
Select "Apps."
Locate "Audiotool App" from your list of apps.
Select "Storage."
Select "Clear Data."

Next, check to make sure your device is using the correct time zone.

Try downloading again when a strong Internet connection is available.

If the app still doesn’t download, restart your device. Press and hold the power button for up to 40 seconds (until the screen goes black) and then release. After the device has completely turned off, press the power button again to restart it. Once your device is back on, tap "Apps" from the Home screen and retry the app download.

--- You can uninstall the app and reinstall it and check once.

-- If you still face any trouble, I kindly suggest you to contact us in real time so that we can troubleshoot and resolve the issue immediately.

I apologize to you and regret the fact that you are being redirected to our phone/chat support technicians. However, I am sure we can resolve the issue quickly in an efficient manner if we can converse with you in a real-time manner.

You can reach Amazon Customer Support by clicking the following link:

I had done all of this previously but something told me to:

I uninstalled Audiotool, rebooted the phone and reinstalled, all is well now , it's working

Thank You and have a great weekend,

Joe
