I've been building a free Android app called AudioSage aimed at the North American audiophile community, and I'd love to get some feedback from people who actually know their stuff — which pretty well describes this forum.
What it does:
AI assistant (Gemini-powered) trained to answer hi-fi questions — cartridge matching, phono stage gain, speaker placement, system synergy, etc.
"My System" — log your gear and get personalised analysis and advice
Aggregated news from Stereophile, Analog Planet, Darko Audio, Positive Feedback, Enjoy the Music, and others
North American audio show calendar
Quick links to the major audiophile forums and used-gear marketplaces (SHF, Audiogon, Reverb, etc.)
Daily "Today in Hi-Fi" briefing
It's completely free — no ads, no subscription, no account required.
Right now I'm looking for testers through Google Play's closed testing track. See instructions below for automatic access.
Honest feedback — good or bad — is very welcome. The whole point of the testing phase is to catch things before a wider release.
