Testing Required: Large changes in API

Hi,

Although the past few weeks in AudioBoo API-land have seemed quiet,
I've (amongst other things) been completely re-working how it
internally processes requests for both the OAuth API and the Private
API. Whilst this means no new functionality straight away, it does
make it far easier for us to add new stuff to the API which we intend
to do once these changes are live.

Unfortunately, since I can't give you a cast-iron guarantee that all
your apps will be oblivious to this change (even though they
should...) if you have written something that uses the AudioBoo API,
then I'd really appreciate you pointing it at our staging servers and
running through the various features to see if anything odd occurs.

Our staging servers can be accessed via

for the site itself and
http://api.staging.audioboo.fm/
for the API.

We mirror the live database from time to time so the majority of
people's user and api accounts should just work fine on there. Send
questions / feedback / problems to me at tho...@audioboo.fm.

Some of the MP3 references will be broken as we only copy the meta-
data from the live site, not the audio, but if you upload a clip to
the staging server then that should play out OK.

Since it's Friday and I've been bug-fixing all day, I'm going to stop
looking at this now. My plan is to do some intensive testing on
Monday, with a view to pushing it onto our live servers at some point
next week.
