Wiring almost done

In one respect the wiring seems almost done. Then again, each
remaining job seems to take even more time than planned. Yesterday I
struggled for about 1h30 just getting a good conduit tube through the
bulkhead with the respective wiring...

Lots of small things done, progress seems slow but that is just
because it is really incremental.

To be done still:

- replace the 24V relay I was using for the main switched 12V circuit
(dumb, coil doesn't switch if it isn't 24V... I bought it because it
was a 40A relay).
- wire in and mount the Link10, its DC-DC converter, the twisted pair
from the shunt, and the prescaler (mostly of that is in place).
- mount the Westach voltmeter next to Link 10 on perspex plate next to
the AZD control switch (currently screwed to central channel floor)
- connect the 200A 300V fuses (damn things came with mounts without
nuts, and the bolts are 5/16th UNC... impossible to find around here,
I've had to mail order them from the UK. I just can't believe I will
be delayed maybe 10days due to £0.74 worth of hardware...)
- make a EU standard plug connector for the DC DC converter (I will
plug it into a socket that will comes from the 300V circuit)
- connect and fuse battery pack fans.
- make two long interconnects for the battery pack - only two were
delivered and I need four. Install the remaining interconnects.
- wire in the battery charger cable (10mm2). Fit the Anderson 50A
connector to the charger and pack cable.
- find some way of labelling the cables
- sort out the accelerator pedal. The neatest trick would be to use
the Audi pedal, but I can't get it out :-( there are two mounting
points that are difficult to access, only 8mm heads and I haven't got
a tool that gets in there. I can't get it off, so I can't hack into
the pot on it. If that fails, I'll have to use the mechanical pot
delivered by AZD.

There will probably be some more but at least now I can write a list
that seems to have an end to it...

I installed another (2nd hand) one - didn't work. Bought a new one
now.

Done in IP box instead. Better - even if a bit provisional.

OK 5/16th nuts have arrived. 10min job to finish this.

Will borrow Dymo from work.

OK pedal is out, difficult t use directly just for now, I have a scrap
pedal that I can try and modify to link to AZD pot. Still not sure how
to tackle this.

Should be running by end of this weekend, at least wheels spinning.
