Some changes:
- Set 300V circuit protection to 200A
- DMOC445 controller protection to 15A
- DC-DC converter to 5A
- removed KiloVacs on AZD's advice, since they will apparently
interfere with the pre-charger. However, I might keep them in for the
DC-DC and heater circuits.
