Senior Linux Systems Engineer - Auckland Central

All,

I am looking for New Zealand resident with at least 10 years of hands on Linux administration / support / development to work in Auckland for a eCommerce Software company. We are experiencing rapid growth and have international offices in North America, South Africa, Europe and New Zealand.

The role will be dev-ops based and involve a variety of technologies including:

Iaas - Amazon / Google Cloud Services

Operating Systems - Ubuntu /Ubuntu Core / micro operating systems including CoreOS / Alpine Linux

Containers - including Kubernetes

We are wanting to put together an automated release and deployment pipeline. This role will be influential in getting this up and running.

Existing languages in use are PHP/ Javascript/ Java / Go.

Databases: mySQL [MariaDB] and Postgresql are being used.

Annual Salary band around 120K plus benefits.

You will need to speak and write fluent English.
