If you weren't in sesshin or at the memorial service we held on the following Tuesday, you may not have heard that Helen Gallagher's mother passed away on Sunday 12 July, surrounded by many members of her large family.

Working Bee

This weekend the main communal work time will be on Sunday, with the following schedule:

 

Sitting      8:30  at 15 Church St, with dokusan

Tea       10:10

Work      10:30   at 52 Princes St 

Lunch       1:00

Work         1:30

Cleanup   3:30

 

Please wear clothing and shoes suitable for painting. Much of the painting will be above the head, so a head covering is also a good idea. Gloves will be provided.

Lunch will be provided by the Centre, but contributions to the meal are welcome.

 

Some work will also be happening on FRIDAY and SATURDAY if these days suit you better.

NB: It is fine to  come to all or part of the day -- just let us know what your plans are.

RSVP to in...@aucklandzen.org.nz with the time you plan to arrive and when you will leave, so we can be sure to have enough food and painting gear. Also let us know if you can bring brushes, rollers, trays and poles.
