    It\'s time again for our monthly meeting to update you on what\'s been done and what is yet to come. If you still haven\'t visited www.aurepublicans.com to get your ticket to hear Karl Rove, come to the meeting! Also, if you already have a ticket come anyway so you can hear more about what will go on there as well as sign up for upcoming events.

    Guys, this is HUGE! This event has been in the works since last July and we\'re psyched that it\'s going down this Tuesday. Mr. Rove told us he wants this to be a very candid, intimate discussion on the role College Republicans play in electoral politics, and what we as young activists have to look forward to. As a former chairman of the College Republicans, he knows what he\'s talking about. He makes very few public appearances, so this is a high privilege for us to host him. Due to security concerns, no signs or clothing with offensive language will be allowed.
    Tickets are required and are free. They can be obtained by going to our website, www.aurepublicans.com, or by coming to our general meeting Monday April 2 at 8pm in Battelle Atrium. Come hear the man who helped turn Texas from blue to red and who helped Republicans win some of the most important elections in our lifetime!

4/6 Ann Coulter vs. John Edwards: \"He Said/She Screeched\"
7:30pm, Weschler Theatre, 3rd Floor MGC

    Two comedians will play John Edwards and Ann Coulter and face-off on the issues of the day leading into the 2008 election. Both comedians have extensive experience, and the event is sponsored by KPU, College Dems, and College Republicans. It will be covered by the local FOX station, so come out, watch Ann Coulter kick John Edwards\' candy ass, and maybe get yourself on TV.

    Anyone interested in running for President, Vice President, Secretary, or Treasurer for the next school year is encouraged to submit a candidate statement to President John Zevitas at pres...@aurepublicans.com. All submissions MUST be received no later than Sunday, April 8th. The date President Zevitas has scheduled for the election is Tuesday, April 17 at 11pm in Ward 2.
