Hey Yall
Thanks for your responses, so the list is growing...You all can drop off items at the CISPES office in St Stephens 1525 Newton St anytime before Friday (please let me know if you need the item picked up from your house) and if you could send me short (2 sentences) item descriptions that would be great.

For those of you who haven't responded yet, here are some of my suggestions as I know you are all talented and amazing! here it is:
mia- would you want to auction yrself off for a composting class? or cooking someone a raw food meal?
anna benfield-could you either get your yoga studio to donate classes or teach one yourself we can auction off?
diana- could you make a sweet mix tape to auction off?
daniel and jack- could you donate like two hours of graphic design/website consulting?
caity- could you donate some of that sweet jewlery you make? i'd be happy to help you create some ahead of time...

So the items I'm expecting so far are...

emily- anarchy's sweets gift certificate
jamie- goodies from glut
kacie- gift basket from youth garden

SILENT AUCTION CALL FOR ITEMS

A Call for all Crafty and Talented Anti-Imperialists!

Please contribute your artwork or skills to the silent auction to benefit resistance media efforts in Honduras. The auction will be held at St Stephens Church (1525 Newton St NW) from 7-9 pm on Saturday November 7th. We're calling for anything and everything you are willing to donate to be auctioned off to raise some funds to support critical media projects which have been attacked by the de-facto govenment.

Some of our current items include:
- 'Love in Struggle' and other rad art prints/shirts from our friend Sha
- A bike build from a real live San Fransisco bike messenger!
- A basket of goodies from the Glut Food Coop
- Basket of seeds and gardening class from the Washington Youth Garden
- Music from the resistance! Great mix cds!

What we want from you:
- Gift certificates from your favorite local businesses!
- A talent or task you can donate in the form of a gift certificate: vegan desserts, house cleaning, lessons in how to build your own website or make a video, a certificate for a date with yourself, coupon for three hours of childcare, etc.
- Posters, art, items you are willing to donate to support the struggle (that cool MST poster thats hiding under your bed, honey from your favorite local farm, etc)
