Position: Sr Business Analyst

Skills:

The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:
(a) have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the
demonstrated ability to capture and model business requirements
(b) have strong analytical, problem solving, quality acceptance and
documentation skills
(c) be able to apply their knowledge of industry standards and best
practice to requirements analysis, management and modelling
(d) experience on an enterprise level and experience interacting and
communicating with functional managers
(e) have knowledge and experience in UML and iterative development
methodologies
(f) be a self-managing and self-starting individual
