Hi everyone,

I've just pushed the first post-launch update to Au-to-do.

In this release, we've added a Chrome extension that displays a counter, indicating how many incidents are assigned to you. Clicking the counter will display the list of incidents, with links directly to Au-to-do. To learn more, see the page in our wiki: http://code.google.com/p/au-to-do/wiki/UsingChromeExtension.

We've also included a small change to the variable names for Google Cloud Storage, to make them line up with the names displayed in the UI.

Thanks,
Dan

That's very cool. Are there projects in the wild using Au-to-do yet? Still itching to give it a try without having to install it beforehand.

Hi Jerome,

Noble Ackerson has a version set up. He's also subscribed to this list, but I've CC'd him as well. He may be able to provide you a link privately. Of course, since he's on the line for any quota fees, he may not be able to.

We're going to work on having a public instance set up in early 2012.

I should also point out, the local setup process is pretty simple if you just want to run a copy on your machine (assuming you already have the App Engine SDK installed). Deployment to App Engine and configuration of Google Storage/Prediction/Tasks take a bit more work, but are optional. The Chrome extension we just included will work if you run it locally, too.

Thanks,
Dan
