New year, new Au-to-do release

Hi everyone,

This is the first of many commits in 2012, to get back in the swing of things. In this release we've made significant improvements to the user experience for resolving and opening incidents. We also made some fixes to our implementation of the OAuth 2 flow, and now properly ask for offline access (which was a requirement recently added by Google's OAuth 2 implementation).

Developers syncing to this version are recommended to delete existing OAuth 2 credentials from their datastore in order to reauthorize with offline access granted.
