Furnished room for rent in a family home in Chevy Chase, DC, beginning in June 2017. House is situated a mile from the Friendship and Tenleytown Metro/AU shuttle stop also serviced by M4 and Connecticut Avenue bus lines. Seeking a quiet, clean, non-smoking graduate, law or medical student.

Dog lover is a MUST; there are two dogs in the house.

References are required.

Room is a second floor room sharing a common bathroom on the same floor with one other person. Rent is $650/month.

The following amenities are included: all utilities, wireless internet access, kitchen privileges, some storage space in basement, large backyard, central air conditioning, cable TV hookup, washer/dryer and street parking with DC residential sticker. House is in close proximity to grocery stores, movie theater, CVS and a book store.
