The basement room is now open in our row house in Brightwood. The room is about 400 square feet and has a private bathroom with walk-in shower (all original tile!). Tenant has full access to the main floor, including the living space and the kitchen. On-site laundry is located in the basement (separate room). The room is not furnished.

Your upstairs neighbors are a respectful couple with two friendly medium-sized dogs. They maintain a fairly active backyard garden, which you are welcome to contribute to if you feel so inspired. 

We are a welcoming, inclusive household and prefer the incoming tenant to respect and welcome all beliefs, backgrounds, and identities. 

Rent based on a 12-month lease is $800 plus utilities (electric, gas, water, internet), which average around $75 a month. Rent is $850 per month plus utilities for shorter-term leases. Deposit equal to one month's rent as well as first and last month's rent is required upon lease signing.

Sorry, no pets. No smoking in the house. Credit check required with proof of employment/income and previous rental references.
