auDA responds to the Domain-Parking.com.au call for standardisation

Following the launch of my campaign to standardise .au domain name
valuation processes, I was contacted by Chris Disspain, CEO of auDA.

I had spoken to Chris previously about the involvement by auDA in this
process, and the fact that it's outside of their remit. He agreed
"...as you rightly state, the only current policy [for auDA] is that
which governs the registrant transfer and does not include any policy
on cost or worth of names."

Though auDA is not able to formally approve or involve themselves any
such scheme, it appears that they are also keen to see some
standardisation of the processes. The scheme "looks like it might be
an interesting area", Chris said, "and obviously, auDA would be
interested in any results you achieve."
