Not explicitly stated, but depending on whether they are including the
NNN in the price, it's either ~4600 sq. ft. or ~3600 sq. ft.
This one looks promising with the garage area and the offices. It'd be
nice to see a floorplan, but from the pictures it looks nice. And it
seems to be within our price range.
This one is a bit further east, but not too far off from the current space.
