There are two new FabLab locations in town, and I think ATX
Hackerspace should show up in-force and with open arms to give them a
proper Texas welcome. Given that there are ~80 members, and close to
300 people on the list, we can definitely fill a room up!
Make SHift had it's Grand Opening in August, just in time for our
heatwave. ( ... as we've been talking about in a different thread ).
This Saturday they have an Open House to show off the CNC, and more
about their place. I propose we come on down with Beer 'n Cupcakes,
and get to know them.

Austin, TX 78753
The open house will run from 10a-3pm .. I think it would be great to
meet there en-masse around 1pm.

Also, Kristen and Eve are getting MakeATX started up. We should
_definitely_ come on down to see 'em en-masse, and give them a great
start-off.
